4 Michelin tires on rear, look like 90% remaining. 4 tire covers for front and rear tires included

Oven thermostatically controlled. Burners come on and off to control baking temperature. Has standing pilot light that can be left on and uses very little propane, works perfectly

Kitchen Counter is in great shape. No nicks, gouges, stains, or burn marks on surface

Replaced the seat and cover when we bought the RV 5 years ago

Queen bed, storage underneath bed. Lots of cabinet space in bedroom. Plastic counter trim removed on left night stand. All bedroom lights, plugs, and switches work great
