Do you know there's only one beach in India that got the Blue Flag Certification on World Environment Day? You guessed it right, the Chandrabhaga beach on the Konark coast of Odisha is now the most pristine beach in India in true sense, which means next time you need to take off to a clean and condition cordial beach in India, you need not look further than Odisha. Konark, the medium town in the Puri district in the state of Odisha includes this beach, which is at a distance of 3 km from the UNESCO World Heritage Site Konark Temple. The beach attracts visitors for its amazing beauty, but it is still relatively less crowded and maintained properly. The beach at times accommodate large crowd on special occasions and hence special arrangements are also made to handle the flock.

I took this shot in Gopalpur in the state of Odisha.I think it is one of the most beautiful beaches of India.

The three-day event showcased the vibrant culture, art, cuisine, and tourism potential of Odisha, with free entry for all visitors. The Parab was held at Hotel Lalit Ashok Bengaluru.

Pattachitra is a traditional art form from Odisha, known for its cloth-based scroll paintings that primarily depict mythological themes from Hindu epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharata, and stories of the Jagannath cult. Originating around the 12th century in connection with the Jagannath Temple at Puri, the name comes from the Sanskrit words "patta" (cloth) and "chitra" (picture).

Chilika lake is a brackish water lagoon, spread over the Puri, Khurda and Ganjam districts of Odisha state on the east coast of India, at the mouth of the Daya River, flowing into the Bay of Bengal, covering an area of over 1,100 km2. It is the largest coastal lagoon in India and the second largest lagoon in the world
