An image to warm us up
All we can do is move forward, against all odds, into the uncertain future. The past is over, the doors are closed; there's nothing left back there but sentimental ghosts.

Hello my amazing Flickr friends !
Today is an orange day at Color my World Daily and the theme at Crazy Tuesday is Rule of Odds. Since Mr. Teddy Bear is on vacation, he will not be able to join us for today’s picture.
It is always better to follow a dinosaur wearing a top hat. Odds are that they know the way since they aren’t worried about the direction but only about the way they look… And odds are that a classy look for a dinosaur will always look better anywhere… even when there is a huge meteorite about to crash on your head…
Mucho, mucho amor for you all !! Have a beautiful day !

And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about. -

Thank you for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day! xo💜💜
We had a blast trying to do this scene, and with everything going wrong, and Chim crashing all the time, and returning in all kind of odd rezzing ways, someone rezzed a couple of skelettons just for the crack!
This was the only shot I could make between laughs and lag!
Thank you girls!
One of my orchids against cloudy uncertain sky and blowing wind ... it wants to shine on even though the weather is changing all the time. SOC
Thanks to Amabile (Anne) for her lovely dedication on her photo.

What a cool moment for me to have the Prairie Falcon out on an open limb like this. Despite seeing many of them, I have wanted a decent photo of one for quite some time. It's the third winter she's returned along with a Gyrfalcon. Surprisingly they hunt in the same range and even perch in the same tree. This feisty Prairie defeated the odds and stands her ground which I didn't think would happen when the Gyr came to town last year. Truly a beautiful falcon all the more special since they are native to our North American continent. I just love watching these powerful and fast Raptors in flight.
One of my favourite fence posts revisited…Not much greenery around at the moment.
Have a great Friday and weekend, everyone!
HFF! 😊

Apart from cropping this capture is straight out of camera; The Esplanade concert hall in Singapore, one helluva photogenic building.
"So take a look at me now
Well there's just an empty space
And there's nothing left here to remind me
Just the memory of your face
Ooh, take a look at me now
Well there's just an empty space
And you coming back to me is against the odds
And that's what I've got to face".

The nice bright day had me and Olymp at odds. Me, I wanted the wider view, Olymp the narrower. So here's a compromise. Olymp wins with the main shot of a wonderfully Orange Ladybird, one of many Coccinellidae, on Joint Vetch. But my inset of a wonderfully blue sea is pretty as well. That's Gunung Agung on Bali in the distance across Wallace's Line. First sighting of it in more than ten days of rather rainy weather. Both photos were taken on Tanjung Mangsit, Lombok.
we have these odds and ends on our Welsh Dresser,...they come in handy when the grandchildren visit
and want something to do.
…..Spotted this tree on the shores of Derwent water in Cumbria, amazing how they cling on to life against the odds! It regularly gets a bath too as you can see by the tide mark on the shoreline. Alan:-)
