A l’occasion du festival La Novela, Science Animation a présenté un « cabinet de curiosités numériques ». Lors d’un premier week-end, l’espace était consacré à la thématique « Réalité augmentée et immersion » où étaient présentés deux démonstrations de l’Oculus Rift, l’œuvre Connexa Viva de l’artiste Golnaz Behrouznia, produite par Science Animation, et le Bac à sable à réalité augmentée. Le second week-end était dédié à la robotique, en partenariat avec le LAAS et les étudiants de l’UPSSITECH, avec des démonstrations du robot Nao et d’un projet étudiant mêlant Nao et Kinect, le robot Primo pour apprendre les bases de la programmation et un robot Air Hockey réalisés par Science Animation.
