OCS-11 with Conrail brass onboard slows for Dearborn St crossing. The crossings Delray were out of service thanks to a storm that previous Wednesday, so the trains had to be flagged across. I presume the CP unit was the nicest engine up at Conrail North Yard, I don't think the CEO would have liked a ride in a high-hood GP38...

So this was supposed to be my best shot of the NS OCS. Well I waited to long and the lead F9 is blurred. Bummer! So instead of tossing it I gave it a vintage/grunge look to try and justify the blur. What do you think? Is it still a waste of time?
