With nothing planned in the mid day for me, I made my way to Chesterton, IN to grab Norfolk Southern’s OCS with a pair of SD60E’s and a dozen cars. So at 1pm on the dot, they roll thru town en route to 55th St. yard in Chicago. This is my second OCS, the other one being UP earlier this month.

OFFICE CAR SPECIAL P-952 OPERATED WITH COMBINED CSX AND NS MADE A TRIP UP THE LEHIGH LINE IN NEW JERSEY TO OAK ISLAND AND RETURNED SOUTH WITH A SELDOM SEEN LONG PRIVATELY OWNED PASSENGER CAR CONSIST.
