This pair of Prairie Dogs seemed to be enjoying the people that were watching them. Plenty to see with all of the activity around Devils Tower.

'he observes - he describes nature - in all its diversity - again and again - he follows nature'

Prof. Dr. Victor Westhoff (1916 - 2001) was a Dutch biologist. He was well known for his contributions to the vegetation science and conservation.

There are painters who paint the sun like a yellow spot, but there are others who, thanks to their art and intelligence, turn a yellow spot into the sun. (Pablo Picasso)

A photography of my father, who stood pensively contemplating the landscape with a lost gaze. The photography was totally improvised and, without thinking twice, I took the picture.

Una fotografía de mi padre, que contemplaba pensativo el paisaje con la mirada perdida. La fotografía fue totalmente improvisada y, sin pensármelo dos veces, hice la foto.

Springtime in Zion Canyon. Red rock, lush green vegetation. I've long been fascinated by the small dwelling at the base of the mountains. It's the kind of place where I'd like to hunker down and watch the seasons change over a year. I suspect there would be much to marvel at--and much to learn.

A sparrow on a branch observing what's going on around it ✔️

I spotted this small common kestrel through the window of our car on the way home from the Lake of Der (France) to Luxembourg. The bird was taking a lunch break or just observing surroundings when I approached him/her with my camera. To my suprise, the bird did not fly away but continued sitting on the branch and watching me. You never know what will be your next shot! :)

I sometimes come out

And dance in the moonbeams

Lose myself in music

Surrender myself in love's passion,

But mostly, I stay inside

Watching ... observing … wondering ...

This is a capture from end of November. The last couple of days have been dull and cold, not really my kind of weather for taking photos. Fynn still spends a lot of time outdoors and keeps an eye on what's going on in the neighbourhood. When he returns home he reports the results of his investigations and I would be very well informed if only I could understand him.
