Shepard Fairey is probably most known for being the creator of the Obama "Hope" poster. Recently he was commissioned to paint a 184 foot by 60 foot mural on Detroit's Compuware building. While in town to do that work, he and his team found time to add some pieces around the city.
This 184 foot by 60 foot mural was just painted on the side of Detroit's Compuware building last week. The artist is Shepard Fairey, best known for creating the Obama "Hope" image.

Shepard Fairey hit Detroit when he was here last week painting a huge mural (with permission).This wheatpaste showed up on an abandoned building off the beaten track.

One Campus Martius (a building in Detroit) now has two larger than life murals. How and Nosm just completed the massive 184 x 60 foot piece on the left, called, "Balancing Act". It joins the Shepard Fairey mural on the right, which was painted in 2015.
