Ugh more computer problems. I rebuilt my entire rig today to make sure it wasen't user error (it was not). This is my MSi nVidia GTX465 Golden Edition (it's actually entirely copper) that is actually physically a GTX470 in disguise. I flashed it into a GTX470 upon purchase.
