Pumpkin-Spice Muffins: by Pines International

Ingredients for Pumpkin-Spice Muffins:

4 bananas

4 eggs

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 tbl pumpkin pie spice

4 tbl coconut oil

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup (or less) maple syrup

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

2 tbl of PINES Green Superfood

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a food processor. Put into muffin tins coated with a little coconut oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 or more muffins.

We are also the only company to package in amber glass bottles with special metal caps. Because of that, we can vacuum out the air and replace it with an oxygen-free atmosphere. That is not the case for companies that have tried to copy us.
