I spent the entire day writing a GUI for maya. And when it didn't work still, I had to recruit a co-worker to help. Blurry tho it is, here's what I looked like all day - nose in a book. And my brain is still this blurry.

As it turns out, one of the guys who wrote this book used to work with me. He liked to talk about his psychic grandmother, consultant to royalty. And he had a Big Gulp permanently attached to his left hand. I find code warriors are partial to sodas. Lots of sodas.

My camera battery died before I could get this in focus.

Ok, so I got up this morning and did my body workout and convincing myself that I will do another one at lunch (I MUST torture myself) to find out I did all that running around on Saturday after comcast to purchase a new router and thought everything was fine.. BUT... (& I am sure you KNEW that was coming)

After being out on Sunday THINKING my house was wirelessly wired on the router at 11pm my child says: well no, we couldnt get on and had to find the ethernet cord.. WHATTHA$e$%$%$%$%$ and no one thought to let me know or make a call?

So after the body workout/fallout :-) I got on the phone at 6:33am for a BRAIN WORKOUT.. I am NOT wired or techno savvy for this yet FINALLY we are WIRELESS around here... I NEED A DRINK & it's only 7:28 am....

01/05/09: too much zest in my lemon bars! kindly referred to as lemon barf. the end product actually was OK.
