Nothing Works on the former federal building — neither the clock nor the bell. But you have to still like what you see here.

Well, it’s been a while I know…
Another wobbly winter woods shot. And you thought www stood for something else??
I’m rather conflicted by these images. After all, there is nothing in them to look at.
But I find them interesting to explore… and that worries me ;)
For my 100x Wobbly Camera project.
Thank you for taking the time to look. I hope you enjoy the image. Happy 100x and weekend, everyone :)
[Hand wobbled in dull winter light, probably while walking along.
Developed in Capture One trying to get a balance between sharp clarity and soft blurriness.
Processed in Affinity, sharpening with High Pass/Linear Light blend mode; Unsharp mask; Glow filter; and Clarity.
Further work in Nik Color Efex. (Ask me for the preset if you are interested in how.)]
Ain’t nothing like wearing a new pair of heels and some fresh lipstick

I'm still stuck on birds as we can't go far from home and do confess it's the colorful varieties that usually get my attention first. That said, the Eastern Phoebe is nothing fancy but like any living creature, is just trying their best to survive in a hostile world. They deserve to be included too.

A familiar location to many a seasoned railway photographer but Grindleford was a new venue for me. The semaphore could do with a wipe down but in its current state adds to the aged and weathered feel to this shot. 66156 was working a Heck Plasmore to Briggs STP. The red wagons really helped the shot.
Thanks to Gav and Nigel for showing me this spot.
Nothing is ever really lost to us as long as we remember it.

This pic was taken on location at SLAM Old Harbour.
It's a fantastic sim with a realistic feel, a real hidden gem intricately and beautifully designed by the talented Phuk. Lots to explore in the mountains behind the harbour too.
