空氣真的很差，戴口罩走路也可是個訓練，因為進氣量少了，所以我可以練習調氣，就像一般阿兵哥在跑頭5000公尺一樣，我們是跑山路的5000公尺，那時調氣就是關鍵，最後跑起來的速度也跟在平地跑一樣，我山上的山路一5000公尺最佳成績是19分30幾秒，那你呢？

Pam and I returned to Saskatchewan this May, and while there reunited with her nephew, Max, who has been living in Berlin for the past decade. Here are three photos.
This one was taken in Grasslands, the Gillespie section. I took this with my obsolete cell 'phone, a Samsung Note2, in panorama mode (in which you take a series of shots and the 'phone stitches them into a single image). After the first shot (on the left) Max ran behind me and stood in place for the final part of the image.
