Energia e speranza. Nei teatri e nei club, nelle strade e nei quartieri è tempo di JAZZMI. Dal 21 al 31 ottobre oltre duecento eventi diffusi in tutta la città.

Sabato 23 Ottobre il Blue Note di Milano ospita il cantante soul e jazz Tony Momrelle, lead vocalist degli Incognito, oltre che uno dei musicisti più interessanti e significativi della scena britannica moderna. Inizia a studiare musica a soli 8 anni, facendo le sue prime esperienze di canto in un coro di musica Gospel. Appena diciottenne firma il suo primo contratto discografico, e da quel momento la carriera di Tony decolla fino a portarlo in tour con alcuni dei più grandi artisti del mondo, tra cui Elton John, Gloria Estefan, Celine Dion, Sade, Janet Jackson, Gary Barlow, Andrea Bocelli, Gwen Stefani, Gabrielle, Robert Palmer, Beautiful South, il gruppo Gospel SEVEN, solo per citarne alcuni. I critici musicali John Rockwell (“New York Times”) e Paul Morley (BBC) lo hanno definito come il legittimo erede di Stevie Wonder.

Nel 2015 il suo EP “Keep Pushing” lo lancia sulle vette delle classifiche britanniche.
