St. Mary's Church, Lynton

The twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth in North Devon are well worth a visit, particularly if you take a ride on the hydro-powered cliff Railway that links the two. The church of St Mary's is also worth a wander around. It has some lovely stained glass windows.

This photo was taken of the church tower from by the River Taw at sunset. The tower can be seen from all over town.

The church are currently fundraising to repair the tower - I hope they succeed in reaching the total they need! It really is beautiful.
