Another one of the pics I got of that storm on Lake Michigan. I really enjoyed taking these pics.... I think I need to invest in a good camera. I had a lot of trouble getting decent shots (of course it could be because I'm such a noob at taking pics lol).

My attempt at the "Macro Mondays" theme "Smoke".
Shot with a (Tomioka) "Tominon MC 48 mm F 4" (enlarging) lens on a Canon EOS R5.
The look on your face when some noobs summon you in the middle of eating nachos enjoying some Netflix & chill!!
It literally took me ages to take this picture cause hoes kept doing meet ups right behind me everytime I tried to take a pic lol

Boe got teamed up on by Kurvy and myself...she took the snaps of Boe the Beautiful and I couldn't resist compiling them into one single piece of pure awesomness!
This month, I've signed to up to take part in the #ridethemonth challenege for Prostate Cancer UK.
I have to ride 150 miles throughout May and as a total noob cyclist, this is quite a lot! So far I've done about 45 miles though so i'm making good progress. If you want to Sponsor me, here is the link...

I've been taking my drone out whilst riding and the freedom thay being on a bike is amazing. You can stop anywhere very quickly and get the photographs that you often pine for whilst travelling by car.
this will be the only work i will re-post from my old stream...is really too difficult to stay away from it :))

2023 was the year I decided to try my hand at flash photography. But with no models to work with and not wanting to look a complete noob, I decided to experiment on myself.

Finally pulled this infrared filter out and made an attempt. (It was a Christmas gift). I don't know what I am doing.
Below is what came out of the camera. I tried (as I read somewhere online) to set the white balance by aiming at the grass with the filter on. It still came out very red. So I got rid of most all of the color saturation, then played some with brightness / contrast. Anyway, this is a learning experience, but I need to do some research / reading on what to do with these....
