My wonderful friend Valerie has given me a challenge - well, several, actually. This challenge was to do a photo wearing an outfit that flickr had not seen before, and I had to use a cat. So, meet Fyona, one of my three cats. We have another cat that is missing a paw, her name is Nyah, and the other is named Tinkerbell - she is obese.

I walk Danforth Ave quite frequently and have passed by Dough Bakery quite often and until recently didn't look much beyond the door and never saw much in the window. I do love fresh baked bread and decided to pop my head in. Surpirsingly I found a wide assortment of breads and some great butter croissants which you see here among many other baked goods. The time of year when the Clemetine oranges start to appear. I love eating these and its a good way to maintain a healthy vitamin C level. Ramadan the cat asks me if it's time for his lunch. He was my sister's cat and I almost always took pictures of him whenever I came visiting. This is perhaps my most memorable photo of him. 💓
He's sadly no longer with us as of August 2017 but his memory lives on in our hearts. 💓

I saw a tweet recently about an espresso smoothie so I decided to try and come up with my own with ingredients I had. I threw in a double shot of espresso, a frozen banana, protein powder, cocoa pwoder, chocolate chips, vanilla, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, almonds and icecubes and this is what came out. It needed a little more sweetness but not bad for a first try. Maybe some dates next time for sweetness and colour.
