i've had an over-emotional, highly strung last couple of days due to a stressful first couple of weeks in my new job. it's going really well, I've had so many new things to learn and get my head around in such a short space of time that even when ive been sleeping my mind hasn't rested. I roll over and over in bed at night fighting to get the thoughts of work and worries from my brain so i can relax. but most nights it's been pointless and i've been feeling like a walking zombie lately. I fit in quite nicely though on my journey to work stuffed into a tube train like a sardine with other such zombified londoners.
However, despite my moanings, I am for the first time in my life a real city worker in london - I even bought a pair of high heels, and i'm actually quite enjoying myself :) i get on with almost all the people in my office and it's quite a pleasant little job, although for the first time in my professional life i am dealing with invoices and numbers and it's pretty scary till you know what you're doing... i'm getting there though!

I awoke to find my skin looking surprisingly clear, my eyes not too puffy, my hair shiny and not too disheveled, and my lips and cheeks naturally flushed. Surprised at my looking so decent so early, I took a picture.
Though I do look pissed, for some reason. Whenever I try for subtly sexy I just look angry!
