This shoe is a Compulsive Buy. There is a older lady I work with that has these shoes. She wears them so well. I decided to get me the exact same pair.

A letter from Nike and Pirate Willie's new mom, Tara:
I just wanted to update my you, and all of the wonderful HOKAFI volunteers on Willie and Nike. They are both doing great, and appear to be comfortable and happy in our home. Nike follows me around during the day, and sleeps by my side at night, with his sister Francis. He is such a happy, wonderful little guy and we adore him. He loves to eat and chase his brother and sister. He also loves his toys (see the attached picture taken yesterday) when he isn’t napping in “his bedroom” (our former guest room).
Willie has fit right in to the family, and has quickly become my Husband’s cat. He spends as much time on Michael’s lap as possible, challenging our other cat Oliver for superiority of that spot. Oliver accedes to Willie generally without issue however, since he must know Willie is the senior member of the household. My Husband will spend Father’s Day covered in cats, watching the US Open on TV! Willie still loves the sink and still reminds us to turn on the water for him, even though he now has a water bowl right next to the faucet.
Attached is a wonderful picture of Willie lounging on one of his favorite chairs, on the beautiful kitty blanket that one of our volunteer’s mother lovingly crocheted for him. I just picked it up when I volunteered yesterday, and It wasn’t in the house 5 minutes, until he found it, and he laid on it all day. He was asleep on it this AM when I got up as well. Please let her know, and tell her that Willie sends his thanks and many hugs and kisses.
