All this exercise has made me much better at the 10 second dash it seems! I had no idea I'd be able to get up there, and this is after a bike session!
Seems those hours at the gym weren't in vain after all!

Well what I mean to say is that to get FIT, I only need to change one vowel, and put in a lot of work!
We are on holidays, and my plan was to initiate the "remove the winter coat of '98" plan. Since being here, it has been cold and wet, not like any holiday we recall at this area. We have still had some great family fun, including wet trudges to the beach for 3 of us. I went out and bought new trainers to start the couch to 5K running program I found online, and haven't felt this motivated to get going in a while. I am keen to use this 365 to also track me getting fitter, so since I am approaching 100, I thought I better get moving!
I really didn't want to use this as my shot today, but it was pouring rain up to lights out, so I couldn't get the long exposure at the beach shot I wanted.
Early morning start tomorrow, to blow out the cob webs!
In Catford, a large branch of JD Sports was broken into & looted. Kids as young as 11 or 12 were seen coming away from there with armfuls of clothes & shoes. Could this have been a pair of them?? They were so new I could smell the cardboard box! (Seen on a local bus this afternoon - 100 quids' worth of Nike!?)
Already jumped on by the dog, who thankfully just had dusty paws rather than the muddy ones that got my jeans.
