Lost cat - found!
It's lovely (yet so rare) when people give updates like this. I often wonder about the lost cats, parrots, dogs, and various pets that one sees so many photos of for months.
Came home yesterday to discover that Piper had torn through and eaten most of EM's new sight words booklet.
He'd really challenged himself to get into the 200 Words Club in his class and get one of these! So he was super upset when he saw this scene.
However as I have told him 40 million times, Piper is still a puppy and does not know the difference between a toilet roll (allowed to chew) and his schoolwork if he just leaves it around the media room instead of putting it on his desk in his room.
I made him show his teacher this picture, explain what happened, apologise and ask for another booklet. She laughed, asked if the dog was any better at reading after digesting so many words and gave him a new one.

i always get too excited and take pictures for tomorrow, today! ahh hahaha forgive my anxiousness, but when i really like a picture, i just can't let it sit on my computer. it has to go somewhere! especially when it's SOOC! :)
well, today has gotten considerably better since my rant earlier today. i helped out at my sister's theater company banquet, and all of her friends were so sweet, asking me how i was feeling :) and then i came home and the sky was just gorgeous, so i went to take pictures. and now i'm talking to my love... :) who i'm going to see in 12 days!!
oh, and i got a major newsflash yesterday... i'm almost 20. that's scary. really scary.
