I captured this candid photograph of these happy newlyweds at the corner of 7th Avenue and West 46th Street in Times Square.

During my Sunday walks, I came across this newlywed couple taking their wedding photos.

As I thought they looked lovely sitting in front of the old truck, I asked the permission to take a photo of them.

They happily obliged, so here is the photo.

I don't know who they are, but I would like to wish them, Health, Happiness and Prosperity in their future life.

... and my daughter who photographs.

Newlyweds and they looked fantastic.

Photo of a couple of newlyweds. Unfortunately, I have no name for them. The photo was taken by Otto Björklund in Norrköping, and dates to around 1900 (the photographer has awards he'd won on the back of the photo, and they date up to 1897, and I have other wedding photos from Norrköping - not from the same photographer, but they are still very similar).

And yes, at the time it was still quite common in Sweden to get married in black, as you can see on these other two. Your wedding dress were then often used as your finery afterwards, for example when going to church.

The atelier was located at Södra Strömgatan 2, Norrköping - but the street has changed name since then, and is now known as Nya Rådstugugatan.

Something different, newlyweds doing a photo shoot on their paddle boards. The couple were in a quiet bay near where I live in Esquimalt BC Canada.

Male Osprey arrived here a little over a week ago. He was feverishly working on a nest and chasing every female Osprey that flew by. Glad to see his efforts have paid off :-)

Cola Beach, Goa. One of the shots of newlyweds I stole while passing by...

Later we met groom's brother. 2 weeks later. 1000 miles away!

Newlyweds from Poland getting their kicks on Route 66 in Seligman Arizona.

The town of Radiator Springs in Pixar's Cars franchise is loosely based on Seligman. While researching the history of Route 66, John Lasseter, director of the first two Cars films, met Seligman barber Angel Delgadillo, who told him how traffic through the town virtually disappeared on the day that nearby Interstate 40 opened up.

In Portugal, a classical prank to the newlyweds would be one package of sugar spread inside the bed, or maybe a bed with the upper and lower sheets sown together, Much more creative this one,,,

My friends get married and I'm so happy for them. So I was creating this picture of the beautiful couple.

A bride in traditional colors of India and her new husband. I was walking in my favorite park when I spied the couple having a quiet romantic moment before the formal photography session.

Memory and Padraica

This couple had just gotten married and, noticing the Rollei around my neck, asked if I would take a picture of them. I should have warned them that I'm not good at wedding photography. Anyway, I took the picture and wished them the best.

Lovely couple on their June Wedding in Vieux Port.
