One from the archives: I have only been through Union Station in New Haven, CT, a couple of times - but the shiny tunnels are so attractive to photograph.

this is from the Peabody Museum website:

Torosaurus, a horned dinosaur that lived at the end of the Cretaceous Period 66 to 65 million years ago, is a member of the group of frilled and horned dinosaurs known as ceratopsians that also includes the more familiar Triceratops. Ceratopsians were herbivorous dinosaurs that fed on cycads and other low-lying plants, using their tough beak to crop plants, and their well-developed cheek teeth to chew.

59 Cadillac re-scan from a Fuji bleached negative. The emulsion appears to have softened and blurred the photo as the original was sharply focused. I like the look, though in the future might store my negatives better...even negatives put between book pages fared better. The instant negatives were not engineered to be used much less last like a normal negative.

I think, I kept going around the circle to many times. Many fish to choose from, although not the worst I've seen. Or smelt. Oh wait; different fish.

Had coffee with my sister in New Haven and snapped this photo...a couple hours ago.

As the sun sets, a Metro-North train makes its final stop at New Haven's Union Station. The station, opened in 1920, is actually the third, replacing the original 1848 and 1879 structures that predate it. Today, it is the busiest station in the state providing access to Amtrak's Northeast Corridor and the New-Haven-Springfield Line, CT Rail, and Metro-North. New Haven, Connecticut, USA.

New Haven, Connecticut, EE. UU.
