Lunch out in van and had to stop here on the lovely road from the back of Mam Tor down into the Hope Valley and Edale for a (8 picture stitch) picture!!
Then dropped in on the cafe in Edale village that we know as Cooper's Cafe but it has changed hands and is now called Newfold Farm Cafe. Been remodeled and looks good. Good coffee and cake too.. :)

A very 'cool' 57(S)miles out at lunchtime today..
Cool views and cool (chilly) due to the weather!! Plus it got colder through afternoon too!
Ony saw one other motorbiker!
Always great seeing the usual bits of the Peak District with some snow on it!
Got a bit slippy here and there but all good!
Two coffee stops - Newfold Farm Cafe in Edale and The Anglers Rest community cafe, Bamford.
Had an interesting encounter at the base of Winnats Pass..

This flower blooms briefly at midnight and withers at dawn. It is a species of epiphytic cactus found in Sri Lanka
Two roads divided in Holmfirth: above, New Fold heads up the hill: below, Goose Green takes a more gentle slope up to the houses of the town. Both roads are ultimately dead ends.

I've been putting off making this fold for ages, mainly because I was hoping to find a template for it, in the end I had a bash using my own measurement, and it went ok! not perfect tho!

Wanted to try out this new "fold"...the top right of the card is folded down and held tight by the embellishment on top. Its quite effective, and tidy looking I think....
