Messing at home with the lights & photoshop
I was actually reading The Economist but photoshoped Heat in its place. Yeah right.
New flats along the northern edge of Elms Field that's a 2 minute walk from where I live. They are in the process of being sold hence the ground floor one on the left of the block still being a showroom. Note the chimneys - not sure if the the block has communal heating but there's only one pot per chimney & I can't see them being dummy chimneys either.
This L-shaped road is called Earle Crescent!
Yes, I'm baaaacckk (I'm sure I've said that before). Maybe I'm back for a while now? I feel the urge to document my dressing a bit more. Well, we'll see.
I bought this jumper / cardigan thing in Camden, just before the weather got hot. I have been waiting months to wear it! Thank you to A. for encouraging me to buy it.
Somehow it just begs to be worn with the big boobs. What, you don't have different sized boobs for different outfits?
It's big (two and a half times our previous flat at 107 metres) and bright and it has a piano and a fireplace! :-D We can't actually play the piano, mind you.
Bratislava, Slovakia.
Ah, the joys of home making. Amazingly we made it through the entire four day weekend of moving, shopping and furniture construction without a major argument. (not for want of me trying of course).
Just as we started I thoughts it may be fun to try a little stop motion activity. Next time i may plan a little better and plug the camera into the Mac to time the pictures.
Apologies for the arse crack (unless you like that kind of thing).
Our back yard- the gnomes were here when we moved in and I can't throw them away because they have little faces.

Being built on the footprint of the former local East Dunbartonshire Council HQ 'TJ House' on Lenzie Road/Civic Way in Kirkintilloch apartment blocks or Flats are being erected in 2021
THE POLITICIAN
Tom Johnston MP was a massive figure in Scottish & Labour Party politics born in Kirkintilloch in 1881. He will always be associated with the Red Clydesiders James Maxton & Manny Shinwell.
In Churchill's National Wartime Government he was appointed the Commissioner of Civil Defence for Scotland then going on to become Secretary of State for Scotland 1941-1945. After his political life he implimented Hydro Power in Scotland "water from the mountains" , some say he way away before his time.
He passed away in the same year as the iconic Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill in 1965
I'll be only sporadically online for the next weeks. We are moving to a new flat (in Colchester) and it's not connected to the net. Lots of work - and lots of fun.
Greetings to all my flickr friends! I'll try to visit your streams whenever I can but that will be much more sporadically than usual
It's still a bit disorganized, but my new office space is turning out to be a really pleasant place to work. The sun does get a bit blinding in the afternoon, but nonetheless it's nice to sit in the window and watch the world go by (not that much of the world goes by here - this is a pretty quiet street).
Edited Webb Space Telescope engineering test image (to test guidance) of a deep view of the universe showing stars (with spikes) and galaxies (without spikes). This is only a test image but shows a great deal of detail from objects billions of light years away.
Hi, I moved, this is where I live now, in an old church. I don't have internet yet, I miss flickr. My boyfriend got me an instax for my birthday, he's lovely.
