One Ecker was originally built in 1906 and is located in the South Financial District of San Francisco. It is in the process of being converted into 51 luxury condominiums and 2 commercial spaces. Once converted the building will have a total of 27 studio, 12 one Bedroom and 12 two Bedrooms.

 

Studio will range from 476 sqft to 843 sqft

One Bedroom will range from 612 sqft to 1,000 sqft

Two bedrooms will range from 987 sqft to 1270 sqft

 

Occupancy is set for May 2008

Ipswich Borough Council initiated housing on the remaining site at the old Ipswich Airport.

On or around today (7/19), DC Mayor Vincent Gray is scheduled to lead a groundbreaking ceremony at the vacant lot at 3rd and H Street, NE, for a new mixed use development that will include a Giant supermarket. Construction equipment is already on the site.
