I hope not!!!...These are just shirts I saw in Walmart. There are tons of dumb ass shirts on the Shanghai's streets that you just can't photograph, at least not with a straight face. We usually walk by and bust up afterward like a bunch of giddy school girls.
There is some new stuff, but we'll have to wait til one of the staff photographers gets back to properly shoot them...this is just for now.
This is not a professional photo. This is not a professional cyclist.
This is just passion and a strong dedication.
It is an attitude. Never stop, no matter what obstacles you are facing. Lock on at a target and get it. Push it to the next limit. Go like hell.

And it wasn't even taken by me. It was taken by Theresa Bannon, from London, Ontario, while she was working as a teacher, in Daejeon, South Korea, in 2004.
I've always liked this photo.
Sometimes I look at the photos I take, and they make me wonder what I am learning. Or if I am learning, anything at all. When I start thinking along those lines, I listen to what Zack Arias said, and what he realised, when he started thinking along those lines.
I find this really works for me. It calms my mind. It focus's on adjusting my mental view, my mental eye. I have copied it from Chase Jarvis' website. I also really enjoy the music, it's by Megan Arias.
So I posted it here, where I started. It serves to remind me where I came from.
This is the first photo I ever posted to flickr, it isn't even a photo that I took, but I've always really liked it. The thousands of photos I've taken are a memory of a journey. A look at where it started for me and where I am today.
I take pictures because I have to. That's it. They don't have to be good or excellent. That has nothing to do with it. I just have to take photo's that's all, no conditions, no pre-requisites.
The best advice I ever got was from a pro here in the town where I live.
I was asking him what courses I should take, which seminars he thought I should go to. He gave me the best advice, he gave it so freely.
For me, this is the secret, this is what he said: "Take pictures. Then take more pictures. Then take lots, more pictures."
That's it! That's the secret!
That, and this video, and people like Chase Jarvis, and Zack, and the uncountable others who help, are what keeps it in perspective for me.
The brand doesn't matter. The camera model doesn't count a whit. All that matters, is the desire, the need to take the next image. To experiment. To try. To learn. To make a mistake. To 'get it'. Sometimes. Maybe more.
Just keep going, that's all that matters. Take a picture. That's it, that's the secret ....
