I took both the tours of Blanchard Springs Caverns in Arkansas. I'd never heard of this place, but it had huge underground rooms with lots of elaborate cave decorations like this and was every bit as good as Carlsbad Caverns. I didn't have a tripod, so I braced the camera on the railings where I could.

I just finished my Lunar New Year vacation in Japan and right started my work next morning. I really appreciate those dear friends who care about my overworking. The advice is so much meaningful to me. I should slow down my steps and love myself more in the Year of the Pig 2019. I'll catch up with all of you my friends, but I think it might be a little slowly though. Please forgive me. :-)

Just feeling a bit lazy this morning and somehow that's when a floral photo appeals to me. Not my favorite subject for photos because I just never think my florals are all that great. I generally don't like cut flowers because they're not living. Animals, birds, and flowers should be viewed and enjoyed alive. After all, that's when they are most beautiful!

“The Spirit Of American Youth Rising from the Waves” is a sculpture at the American Cemetery in Normandy, France. It’s a reminder of the youth of the D-Day troops and the heroism they displayed. I’ve had the honor of visiting this cemetery twice now, and it is truly an awe-inspiring site.
Never before have I felt so beautiful than I did on this day. I was fortunate to marry a man that loves me and to have been surrounded by good friends to witness our vows. ♥

Animals never cease to surprise me. Miss Piggy, a Kunekune pig, lives on a little farm which is part of the park where I went yesterday to watch the ducklings. I walked past the farm on my way to the pond and noticed Miss Piggy on the pasture. Actually Miss Piggy is hard to overlook as she is huge but what caught my attention was the fact that she seemed to be very interested in the dandelions. I zoomed closer and this is what I saw, a pig blowing a dandelion ! I should really go to this park more often, the animals there seem to be quite fascinating .....
