Between the town of Shaftesbury to the west and the city of Salisbury to the east is the small village of Sutton Mandeville. This rather busy Arqiva TV-Relay tower stands just north of the A30 road and is called Sutton Row.
The TV Transmitter antennae are covered in the white shrouded cylinder at the top of the structure when the other antennae at various heights are for the mobile phone netwrok operators, independent operators and Police Airwave.

A quali condizioni?
Is there a magic formula to calculate the tolerance range of freedom of expression? How do you measure legally the distance between the irresponsibility of social network platforms, the simplified notice & takedown processes, and prior checking as an editorial choice? Are terrorism, cyber-bullying, hate speech and fake news valid parameters to define that area? Under which conditions? And, were a formula to exist, could the algorithm apply it transparently, without generating obscure black boxes capable of magically filtering what cannot be said, what cannot be disseminated, what is not true? We would like to answer these questions, as lawyers, starting from specific real-life examples.

Gobichettapallyam, Tamil Nadu 2009
The Rural Innovations Netwrok is an NGO that take grass roots ideas from farmers and rural folk and finds ways to bring those to reality. It is setting up a rural distribution network in Tamil Nadu through retail stores like Samruddhi where products such as the Oorja cookstove are sold.
The cookstove used pellets from straw and other agri-waste instead of wood and has a minimal carbon footprint compared to wood burning stoves. Given the millions of rural households in India, the distribution and adoption of alternative energy for daily use can have a big impact in reducing emissions that cause global warming.
