NETTING EXCITEMENT - The volleyball playoffs are underway. Chico and Decatur each played area round matches in Jacksboro in front of excited crowds that urged them on. Chico fell short against Albany falling in five games. On the cover, Abraham Clemens and Alexia Sellards show their Chico spirit. Decatur held off Iowa Park in four games to capture the program's first area title. They played Abilene Wylie Tuesday in Glen Rose. At left, Decatur fans cheer their team on to victory.

If you look very closely you can see a faint grid between the irrigation tube and the middle of the vine, which is the bird netting. It is nearly invisible.

Many of the jungle lodges have mosquito netting but there are not many insects because of constant fumigation to discourage mosquitos, tarantulas, scorpions and bats from entering rooms.
