I never knew I'd enjoy American Idol as much as I did the other night. Of course we watched it with three Nerf guns trained on the screen with orders to shoot Paula Abdul on sight.
good fun
extra balls in an inspirational box from my sister, so I can fully enjoy the 1982 nerf ping pong set with wild abandon.
A Nerf High Tide super soaker. Raised text and logos covered by plastic card, screw holes filled and sprayed satin black.
These darts will only work in front-loading guns.
Tools needed: scissors, pliers, pencil sharpener, Nerf darts, pushpins
1. Cut off end of Nerf dart.
2. Widen the tiny hole you see in the end of the cut-off dart a bit, by cutting 4 small additional cuts around the hole.
3. Shave off plastic end of pushpins just a bit in the pencil sharpener, so the end is small enough to fit into that tiny hole in the end of the dart, but still has a slight rim around it so it doesn't fall out.
4. Insert pushpin into end of dart.
For safety, wear protective goggles, and dip ends of darts in tetanus vaccine before use.
Legal disclaimer: Don't actually do this. If you do, don't sue me, because I don't have any money.
