Teambuilding
The objective of this module is to develop the core competencies of group work and the competency of each member of the team. To put this into practice, a “basketball team” metaphor is used: the competencies and values needed in order to win on the basketball court are the same ones that bring us success in the workplace.

There are lots of these small stone barns in the dales that are falling down , they no longer fit in with modern day farming due to there size , the stone is often used for other projects . This one is in Baldersdale , County Durham . UK .
Original wheels & rims. Front reflector is cracked. The paint on this quarter is definitely more faded than the rest of the truck. May have been repaired or repainted.
There's enough open water on Lake Superior to cast a foggy, other-worldly glow to the Thunder Bay harbour.

I can't pass the stuff animals that are on display at the grocery store. without taking a quick shot with my iPhone. This one looked so cute sitting on the ribbons, I grabbed a hat that was nearby and took a quick shot.
Look at those little feet rattling round in their too big shoes. I must get some white ankle socks for them.
I am so obsessed with Radiohead's new album. I was never really that into them in the past but this album is in my brain and I can't get it out.
Or, thought I needed beef. Split a BC burger (bacon and cheese) with Garth and he split his falafel burger with me. We ate fast. I had a headache. We both felt midly ill after.
Volunteers are needed! We can certainly use volunteers of all ages and ability to help us cleanup our community, the environment and the Chesapeake Bay! Please mark your calendars for our cleanup of the Historic Bread and Cheese Creek on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Rain or Shine, we clean up the section of Historic Bread and Cheese Creek from the Berkshire Area to North Point Road. Registration will be at 2408 Plainfield Road, Dundalk, MD 21222. This event will be run in conjunction with the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay’s Annual Project Clean Stream and American River’s Nation River Cleanup as well as Reclaim the Bay! We have also attached an event flyer for your use.
We run our cleanups as a family event with plenty of ways for volunteers to participate. We welcome every type of person of every ability level to contribute and assist with the cleanup. Though it is true we will need people to dig out shopping carts and haul trash to the dumpsters, we need people to run water, food, tools, and trash bags (both empty and full) to individuals in the creek. People to sort recyclables from the debris removed. People will be needed to help at registration, setup food and snacks as well as many other less strenuous activities. We are also authorized to sign-off on Community Service and Service Learning Hours for students. The more people we have, the easier the work will be for everyone. We will provide lunch and snacks as well as gloves. A limited number of tools are available for sign-out, but suggest bringing your own if you have them
Volunteers are also needed to arrive early and stay late for setup and break down. Photographers and Videographers also needed!
