Indian Pale Ale, utilizando lúpulos como Chinook, Amarillo y Centennial, le da un sabor excepcional, con un equilibrio perfecto de amargor.
American Amber Ale. Cerveza elaborada con 3 maltas y lúpulos Americanos y Australianos, su aspecto es ámbar a marrón cobrizo y una buena retención de espuma.
Tiene moderado sabor a malta caramelo y un marcado aroma y sabor a lúpulo dejando una agradable sensación en boca. Alta fermentación.
Feta a Noain, Pamplona, en les instal·lacions de Naparbier per La Quince i Subterfuge. Pastry Stout Salted Fudge Brownie. Aigua, malt d'ordi, cacau, sal, vainilla, lactosa, llúpol i llevat. 7,5%. Ben bona. Densa, viscosa, ben negra. A glass of El Raval Hipster Ale from Evil Twin Brewing served on draft at Gaasa in Oslo.
El Raval Hipster Ale is a beer in the growing list of "hipster ales" brewed by Evil Twin and dedicated to hip neighborhoods in cities around the world. First out was Istedgade Hipster Ale (Copenhagen, Denmark), since then we've had Södermalm Hipster Ale (Stockholm, Sweden), Williamsburg Hipster Ale (in Brooklyn, New York) and Grünerløkka Hipster Ale (Oslo). El Raval was brewed at Naparbier in Pamplona, Spain, and is a tribute to El Ravel in Barcelona.
The main difference between each Hipster Ale is the hops, as they're all American Pale Ales of strength 5.5% abv.
El Raval poured a hazy golden color with a beige head. It sported a mild floral hop aroma with a nice fruitiness. It had a medium heavy mouthfeel with a creamy carbonation. The flavor started out with a mild fruitiness, hints of sweetness and a nice bitter finish. Very harmonic.
This is a delicious pale ale, harmonic and well made with a refreshing fruitiness.

Eskua Saison is a 9% abv farmhouse ale made as a collaboration beer between HaandBryggeriet and Napabier at the Napabier brewery. A total of 3600 liter was brewed on 17 October 2013, flavored with organic caraway from Inderøy, Norway, and 300 liter juice of white grapes from Navarra in Spain.
The beer poured a golden orange color with a white head. It had a nice fruity aroma with some spice notes. Mouthfeel was creamy and surprisingly light for such a high abv. The flavor started out fruity, with a mild grape flavor and a nice caraway spice character. It finished dry with a peppery note in the aftertaste. Very refreshing and drinkable, but a bit high on the alcohol for a saison.

Naparbier SAI Saison is a 7% abv saison. It poured a hazy orange color with an off-white head. It sported a fruity araom with mild yeast notes and cereal. The taste followed this up with citrusy fruit notes, floral hops, hints of white pepper and a mild bittersweet finish. Another tasty beer from Naparbier!

A bottle of Hop Doom from Naparbier in Noain, Spain, at Billie's Bier Kafétaria in Antwerp, Belgium.
Naparbier Hop Doom is an 11.5% abv imperial IPA. It had a resiny hop aroma and was fairly malt-driven with an elegant sweetness that balanced well with the bitterness. I usually don't care much for this style, but Naparbier Hop Doom is delicious.
5.5% cloudy light amber in colour with a thin head, a very hoppy aroma and taste, half went down the drain.
De Noain, Navarra, convidat a fer una de les edicions especials del BBF 2013. Special Bitter. Malts Marit Otter, Carapils, Cara-I20. Llúpols Centennial, Cascade, Columbus, Simcoe. Llevat Ale. 3,2%. Baixa graduació però llupolada. Amarga i aromàtica.

Excelente, con sabor a caramelo, parecida a las mejores de Bélgica.
Naparbier No Güey. Una Margarita Gose (porta sal i pell de llima) lleugera, àcida i fresca. Bé.
Westbroook Fruit/Wood Time: Montmorency & Balaton Cherry, una Sour fermentada amb llevats salvatges i envellida en botes de vi. Fresca, àcida i envinagrada, amb suau toc de fruia. Molt bona.
De Noáin (Navarra). Belgian Golden Strong Ale. Aigua, maltes, llúpols i llevats. 11%. Flaire dolça a caramel, l'alcohol molt present però encara ben arrodonida.
De Noáin (Navarra). Russian Imperial Stout. Aigua, maltes (Pils, Chocolate, Roasted Barley, RYE, CaraAroma), llúpols (Willamette), llevat, carabassa, Chilis Habaneros. 80 IBUs. 11,6%. Contundent. L'alcohol tapa altres gustos, el que és una sort pel que fa al gust dolç de la carabassa. Aquesta no és catalana, però surt el meu nom a l'etiqueta a l'haver participat en les propostes del nom.
