I'm not sure what this flower is called, but it's super cool! Tons of spikes and a giant stalk...weird and neat-o!
唐松岳から山小屋（唐松岳頂上山荘）へ、山を下る登山者たち。
天気が下り坂だったので、小屋に泊まったほとんどの登山者は、朝早くに下山しました。
しばらくすると、風が止み、雲間から周りの山が見え隠れしました。
下から登ってくる人たちが頂上に着くまでの間、頂上にいたのは、我々だけでした。
Climbers descending from mountain huts to mountain huts (Karatsumadake top mountain resort).
As the weather was downhill, most climbers who stayed at the cabin descended early in the morning.
After a while, the wind ceased, and the mountains around the clouds disappeared from the clouds.
We were the only ones who were at the top until the people climbing from the bottom arrived at the summit.

N&W sits on the turntable in Spencer at the Streamliners at Spencer. This is prior to the current restoration. Can't wait for 5/23/15 when I get to get at the throttle of this locomotive.
