This handheld slow-shutter capture from Global Village, Dubai beautifully frames the illuminated dragon installation against the vibrant pavilions of Türkiye and Pakistan. Global Village, one of Dubaiās most iconic seasonal attractions since 1997, hosts over 90 cultures in 27 pavilions, combining shopping, dining, live shows, and cultural experiences. Attracting more than 9 million visitors annually, it celebrates global diversity in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. The glowing reflections in the water and the intricate lighting bring alive the energy of the night. This image not only captures the spectacle but also reflects Global Villageās importance as a cultural crossroads of the world.
It's that time of the year when every photographer in Dubai wants to climb the rooftops and capture the cityscape that is covered under the blanket of fog... From the heart of Dubaiās Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, this frame beautifully captures the cityās unique balance of modernity and nature. Majestic flamingoes wade gracefully in the calm waters, their reflections dancing in the blue surface, while behind them the iconic skyline of glass and steel towers rises boldly against the desert sky. Dubai, a city built on sand, has preserved these precious mangroves and water bodies as environmental sanctuaries amidst rapid urban growth. The scene is both soothing and symbolic ā nature and progress coexisting, offering a rare moment of tranquility in a bustling metropolis.
