This is my squeezy desk with my MacBook Pro 15", ancient 19" Viewsonic monitor, iPhone 3G 16Gb (in dock), 2 - Western Digital MyBook 500Gb external hard drives...and a 7-port hub to handle everything...oh, and a TWiT (This Week in Tech) wallpaper!

* 29th Nov 08* I just added a little 160Gb external for photos. Now there's a dedicated drive just for pics.

In Hong Kong our homes are tiny and so the desk is tiny too. =)

** The lid closing/open thing is sorted now...running monitor with MBPro lid closed no prob =) **

Oh yeah, added a 640Gb WD external early '09

One more added...a 640Gb Buffalo External HD...I think 2.5Tb should do for now hehe

...oh, and I just replaced (September 09) my original 120Gb MacBook Pro 5400rpm drive with a 320Gb 7200rpm drive. Did a bit for machine speed. =)

I really love to draw it really relax me and enjoy it a lot.

These are my Unoas, made them just for fun but thinking about making something with them.. but what? x3

and it was good to catch up with the peeps at the office. Ok, done that so now I'll retire.... :))))

After seeing the wonderful shoes that Sumono did the other day for Lati and watching the ones Christina shown me decided to give a try and make some myself.

Chosen to use a printed flowered linen to make them. Been admiring those mori shoes for long.... definitely need to go Mori!!

The first one (pink inside) did not turn out bad but wasn't satisfied.

After modifying the pattern tried again (green inside) and it turned out nicely!. *the front straps aren't attached yet, put them only to see how it look*

For the third try *brown one* modified again the pattern and tried a thicker material, ultra suede. Lets see how it turns out :3

I was thinking of having a wee change and saying goodbye to the spots and stars. Then I go and take this picture and think to myself how pretty it looks. I think I'll keep it for a wee while longer yet!

so I have this word clock on my desk that a designer (oh my, I forgot her name) made. i purchased at a silent auction for art with heart years ago. it makes all these combinations of phrases depending on the "time"

when it settled on "never better of course" i had to snap a shot. (i wish you could read it better in the pola though...) as for the lamp, i had taken that hoping to capture the blue wall behind it, but it looks more beige than anything else. i didn't intend to put these two together, but I kind of like them together

i've had my crane perched on top of this clock since I got it in the mail from liz - with the exception of when I took it outside and I think that's where she'll stay for some time.

and I promise liz...i'll really send all 3 project crane photos this weekend!
