I lost Scout a few years ago from kidney failure -- way way too early. He picked me at a rescue adoption and was very much my dog for the rest of his too short life.
This is my custom MUTT for the upcoming group show at A.Okay Official. When I started sculpting this it was going to be a cute caterpillar-like creature. Then my sculpt just started going in a direction of its own.

I had a photo class in College. They wanted us out in the snow taking photos. I reluctantly went out and there was noting going on to shoot. Then this dog walked up and I thought, how can I get him to hold still long enough to get a close-up? So I grabbed this piece of wood and he decided he wanted it. I could pull him right up to the lens.

I found this funny. We saw a black bear up a tree nearby. Bears poop a lot more than dogs. Where is the Bear Mitt?

I admire Hasfurrychildren's action photos of her dogs. I've never been able to get an action photo of my mutts that really pleases me.
What I like about this picture, though, is that it shows how Latte's skin just kind of ripples when she's playing. I wonder if that feels weird.
