Gracias por vuestras visitas y comentarios.

When I saw this mural I was shocked and intrigued at the same time. Thanks to gavweaver.com we now know what it is and means.

Wiki says.......

""""Since 1856, the name Baphomet has been associated with the "Sabbatic Goat" image drawn by Éliphas Lévi, which contains binary elements representing the "symbolization of the equilibrium of opposites", e.g. half-human and half-animal, male and female, good and evil, on and off, etc.).

On one hand, Lévi's intention was to symbolize his concept of balance that was essential to his magnetistic notion of the Astral Light; on the other hand, the Baphomet represents a tradition that should result in a perfect social order.""""

When will those dark clouds all disappear

Angie, Angie

Where will it lead us from here

With no lovin' in our souls

And no money in our coats

You can't say we're satisfied

Osoyoos, BC has no shortage of beautiful attractions and iconic art pieces to enjoy while exploring the area. This bright, beautiful mural adorns the side of the Pioneer Car Wash building. Created by Mavik, the vintage styling and very Osoyoos-specific imagery contained in each of the letters beautifully capture the sun-soaked vibes of this beachside resort town.

Artist preparing to redo town mural in Canton, NC)

Reno is attempting to spruce up the area in the casino District as it has declined over the years; this painting is on a parking garage in an attempt to help make the area look more appealing. It was spray painted in three days by a local artist (do not know who). Left the parking meters and trash can in the scene to show perspective, normally would not include them but in this case thought it best to break the rules and keep them in, also did a black and white version but chose color to show what it really looks like

A gable end Mural by Smug reimagines St Mungo, bringing his master's Robin back to life. This is 'the bird that never flew' in the rhyme 'The Bird that never flew,

The Tree that never grew,

The Bell that never rang,

The Fish that never swam.' that tells the account of his miracles and which forms the basis of Glasgow's coat of arms.

Mural on a building side in downtown Des Moines, Iowa

"You can almost hear her gasp!

A blonde woman from a vintage comic strip looks in wide-eyed shock at the graffiti spreading across the wall of a building downtown. ....

Weber ....The artist is known for politically and socially charged artwork along the lines of the current exhibition he guest-curated at Moberg Gallery, which helped arrange the Workspace commission.

But the new mural’s message is more subtle, he said. The blonde woman represents “the overall American consumer” or a “more traditional” Des Moines citizen reacting to downtown’s rapid growth. Partially hidden among the graffiti tags are Dopey from Disney’s “Snow White” and a pair of Smurfs, whose woodland habitat is threatened by development.

“In any city in America, there are murals everywhere. In Oakland, you can’t go two blocks without seeing one,” Weber said, praising downtown Des Moines’ own murals by artists Chris Vance, Van Holmgren and others. “Hopefully, in another year or two, we’ll have twice as many.”

Artist ElleStreetArt's mural continues along this semi-circular wall. In total she painted 2,900 square feet. That's big and beautiful. At Hudson Yards

A fine mural in Leicester. Spotted on a day out on the beers. By the artist "Smug" (signed top-right of painting) from 2017.
