The day after Thanksgiving. She says she must've overdone it yesterday -- passed her limit without even knowing.
So often, people with multiple sclerosis don't nap. Instead, they crash! They don't even feel it coming; suddenly, they're out of energy. If you love someone with MS, one of the best ways you can help is to make it more possible for them to sleep. And, if you can, make sure there are fewer dirty dishes when they wake up!

Multiple Sclerosis is a devastating disease. Every hour of every day, a patient is diagnosed with MS. This Sunday, I will be riding in the MS Bike Tour Down To The Sound to raise money for the National MS Society.
