Porters are usually local Sherpa people from the region who are experts in carrying gear in high altitude.
A few more shots from the walk to raise funds to fight Multiple Sclerosis. The M. S. Walk took place in multiple locations, yesterday. I attended the one in Hershey, PA.
My right side has suffered greatly from brain damage due to my MS. My speech has suffered greatly, too. Although I feel WAY better after HSCT, the damage from this auto-immune disease is done.

So often, people with multiple sclerosis don't nap. Instead, they crash! They don't even feel it coming; suddenly, they're out of energy. If you love someone with MS, one of the best ways you can help is to make it more possible for them to sleep. And, if you can, make sure there are fewer dirty dishes when they wake up!
