Two versions of one in-camera, four-exposure photo—one with my own preset added, one without—are layered atop one another in each of the diptych's images.
Experimenting with Multiple Exposure. I am getting really fascinated with this type of photography. I think I will try some more, it is so much fun especially as you don't really know what to expect as the final image.

Went out GeoCaching this weekend with my daughter, and took this picture of a trail leading up to our find at the top of the hill. Combined it with some beautiful flowers from the garden center we visited for this effect. :)
Found an old film ca. 2010 and scanned a few frames using my Epson V700 with Silverfast SE software. The resulting 7.6 MP images aren't much different from cheap 6 MP lab scans.
Just as the Sun Was Rising...... you know the rest.

The Course of Empire is a five-part series of paintings created by Thomas Cole in the years 1833–36. It is notable in part for reflecting popular American sentiments of the times, when many saw pastoralism as the ideal phase of human civilization, fearing that empire would lead to gluttony and inevitable decay.
This is the first in a new series of multiple exposure images inspired by Thomas Cole's Course of Empire.

To me dreams are an inseparable part of every journey - when it comes to travel, everything starts with research and planning, and once some kind of map of a trip is outlined, the imagination takes over. I love to envision the sites I'll visit, people I'll meet, and experiences I'll collect.
