Day 72 ~ 13 March 2011. A walk through Mara Park with my daughter and Frankie. Jaina and I had some fun with this one.
Space-Time Continuum
Light-Like Interval
I have given a bit more thought to the Space-Time Continuum and have shifted my opinion to include the Light-Like Interval. Where the spatial distance between two events is exactly balanced by the time between the two events. The events define a space-time interval of zero known as null intervals. Events which occur to or are initiated by a photon along its path (i.e., while traveling at C, the speed of light) all have light-like separation. Given one event, all those events which follow at light-like intervals define the propagation of a light cone and all the events which preceded from a light-like interval define a second (graphically inverted, which is to say Pastward) light cone. These photos are proof of Light-Like Separation in the Space-Time Continuum within my kitchen Houston, Texas USA.
Mucking around with the multiple exposure feature within the Nikon D7000 and ended up with an almost perfect alignment of faces. If you look closely you will see Emma, and if you look even closer, you will see me. No editing was made to this apart from upping the contrast.
I recently acquired a Time Magazine promotional camera. It appears I didn't load the film correctly, resulting in a multitude of exposures on this frame of 35mm film.
Whether you are a mother or not, you can encourage, inspire, and invest in the lives of the people around you. Perhaps there are other children in your life—nieces, nephews, or your friends' children—that you can invest in and tell them how important they are. Your words of faith will be a great deposit into their futures. Remember, your words have power. Take time to speak words of faith and blessing to those around you because you never know what can happen when you touch just one life.
To all the mothers who have invested so much in the lives of their children, may you be blessed, strengthened, and empowered by His Spirit and may you know the greatness of the gift that you are to this world.
Happy Mother's Day!
