you know
it was very good
it was
better than
anything
it was like
something
we could
pick up
hold
look at
and then laugh
about.
we were on the
moon
we were in the
god damned moon,
we had it
we were in the garden
we were in the
endless pit
never such a place
as that
it was deep
and
it was light
and
it was high
it got so near
to insanity
we laughed so
hard
your laughter
and
mine
I remember when
your eyes
said love
loudly
now
as these walls
so quietly
shift.

It's actually pretty simple; or is it?
Mulitple exposure (five frames) in Bright mode under the glare of the strobe. Modest adjustments in Lightroom then JPG'd & off to Photoshop for a barrage of amends, principally a Color [sic] Burn layer & tone & colour curve adjustments post flattening. HSS!
Say hello at Pelcomb Portraits.
Happy New Year and very best wishes for 2018.
Many thanks to all those who have taken the time to comment on my images, they are all very much appreciated, thank you.
The winter jasmine on the garden fence has lots of flowers on it this year, brightening my way to the car this morning. Still bejewelled with raindrops I couldn't resist getting my phone out and taking a few shots and then combining them into a multiple exposure ...
The Smoke Bush flowering spike is worked busily by the bees and these vital insects just about tolerate my presence.
The dome of the new Westfield Center in San Francisco. It's actually the same one is this www.flickr.com/photos/qaswa/23141684/in/set-512495/
Dédiée aux féroces admiratrices de la bijouterie, Lise Portugal instigatrice, Odette Fromonteil complice et, bien evidement, Danielle Félirose la "provo"!
I have to blame this 48hrs+ of heavy rain which has 'enforced' a bout of editing.
I think I've finally gone mad...and it shows.
I honestly don't know whether to like it or loathe it. It almost looks like a child has coloured it in with crayons.
I'm sure the eagle-eyed ones out there will know this location despite it being corrupted by the multiple exposure.
in view of my recent interest in photos of people
have updated my list of inspiring photographers
with links to their websites
hope you find it useful
It's not about where you go or how you go or when you go or even why you go. It's about the journey.
