my boi is Mexican, though when him and i where grow'n up in the streets of sf, he wanted to be white, Hollywood white; and that's mostly how he rolled; i guess'cept when he was wit me, whom he held a 'twisted' affection towards; last i heard of my boi, he was out of the army and living 'large' in NY; he was never very good about keeping in touch; I scan'd all these old 'sentimental' sketches cause it was nice to reflect on both my art then and my choice of models; 'back down memory lane' kind of thing..not to age myself but david and i go back to 1978-1980; so when i say last, i mean since 1980;

I suspect this photo was one of Ian's technical experiments, not only because of the multiple exposure, but also because of the expression on Vel's face, looking at the love of her life.
