parameters are shown on the front multifunction display and can be programmed independently.
In order to provide still greater temperature stability also during prolonged extractions, the mass of
each group is 20% greater than the mass of the group in the evolution model.
The solutions
• Energy efficiency: each brewing unit can be turned on and off independently. The steam and
hot water boiler is independent of brewing units.
• Ergonomic controls: the milk foam is obtained with a half twist of the dial.
• Hot water: two different brewing units (such as for Americanos and teas).
• Perfect thickness of milk foam: 3-hole tip steam wand; boiler pressure can be adjusted
independently of hot water temperature.
• Perfect extraction: 54mm diameter filter holder.
• Ergonomic filter holders: the accurate study of the handle ensures both a uniform tamping of
coffee and an easy and quick docking to brewing units.
• Multifunction display: easy to use for both the programming and control of all machine functions.
• Grinder Control System – GCS: with Dalla Corte grinders, linked to the espresso machine
through a serial cable, grind and dose are automatically adjusted thanks to the multifunction
panel programming.
• Online Control System – OCS: the machine functions can be remotely controlled and their
parameters changed via the web.
• Milk Control System – MCS: perfect milk foam is obtained with a half twist of the dial.
• Simple construction: the machine can be opened easily by removing four screws.
