The Reactable opened up with an amazing Sound / Visual show using their key instrument, the Reactor. Basically it was a flat table, similar to that of Microsoft Surface but instead of doing Surface tasks, it was able to mix audio and visuals directly on the table using smaller components. Little blocks and hockey puck like items gave each sound a specific action giving an amazing performance.

This is what I got my wife for her birthday. This thing is so nice compared to the standard laptop it replaces. I've never seen a more versatile machine. It runs everything I throw at it with ease. Even though this is not the model with multi-touch, the wacom pressure sensitive tablet functionality is precise and responsive. It is really nice being able to use a computer in tablet mode without limitation the L shaped configuration of a laptop when you don't need it. Portrait mode is great for reading, it literally doubles your screen real estate.
My wife is ecstatic about the machine.
This costed $200 less than an iPAD and does everything with a full OS.

Hay muchas razones por las que te costará apartar la vista del nuevo iPod touch. Por ejemplo, la pantalla LCD retroiluminada de 960 por 640 píxeles: tiene una densidad de 326 píxeles por pulgada, la mayor jamás vista en un iPod. Para conseguirlo, los ingenieros de Apple desarrollaron píxeles tan pequeños -apenas 78 micras- que el ojo humano no puede distinguirlos individualmente. Aunque no lo veas, notarás la diferencia: los textos son increíblemente nítidos y las imágenes cobran vida.
Procesador A4 de Apple. Más potencia en tus manos.
El procesador Apple A4 está detrás, o más bien debajo, de toda la diversión que ofrece el iPod touch. Los ingenieros de Apple han diseñado el chip A4 como un procesador móvil potente pero también eficiente en su consumo. Así, el iPod puede ejecutar procesos complejos como la multitarea, edición de vídeo y llamadas FaceTime optimizando la duración de la batería (y de la diversión).
Giroscopio + Acelerómetro.
Sabe moverse.
El iPod touch ha aprendido unos cuantos trucos nuevos gracias al giroscopio de tres ejes integrado. En combinación con el acelerómetro, le permite detectar movimientos avanzados como la aceleración del usuario, gráficos tridimensionales o el ritmo de rotación. Traducción: más comandos gestuales y mayor precisión para que jugar sea aún más divertido.
Dos cámaras. Doble diversión.
El iPod touch graba vídeo con dos cámaras integradas. La trasera captura vídeo en HD con una resolución espectacular de 720p, y el avanzado sensor de iluminación posterior te permite grabar imágenes incluso en situaciones con poca luz. Todo, mientras el micrófono integrado graba conversaciones, música o cualquier otro sonido. La cámara integrada en la parte frontal es perfecta para las llamadas con FaceTime1 y los autorretratos. No imaginas cuánta diversión cabe en algo tan pequeño.
Multi-Touch. El control en la punta de tus dedos.
¿Cómo puede ser que el iPod touch haga lo que quieras en cuanto pones los dedos sobre la pantalla? Se trata de una reacción en cadena: la pantalla Multi-Touch sirve como escudo protector de un panel capacitivo que percibe el contacto mediante campos eléctricos. Acto seguido, transmite la información a la pantalla Retina situada debajo. Así puedes recorrer tus álbumes con Cover Flow, hojear fotos y ampliarlas con un pellizco, acercar y alejar la imagen de las secciones de una página web, y controlar con precisión los elementos de cualquier juego.
