Sports With A Mission (SWAM) is a community based organization in Nairobi, Kenya that works towards empowering underprivileged young women and girls through sports. We do this through our health, education and sports programme activities. We are using football as a tool to mobilize young women and girls and enable them access our programmes, thus empowering and creating opportunities for them and at the same time creating a safe space for the girls to interact, share and learn from each other. The project works in partnership with primary and secondary schools. So far, the project has been able to reach four hundred and sixty girls (460) girls with information on HIV/AIDS and reproductive health through peer to peer education.

As most of us found the Muchoki from Kenya to be the most exciting and we were having problems with the espresso epuipment we decided to brew it Aeropress style! Josef did the honours!
The cupping notes on the Muchoki included (but in no special order); very distinct taste, crisp, lots of body, fruity leaning towards strawberry....
