From the early 1960s until its replacement at the end of 1970s, the Fouga CM170 Magister was the advanced training aircraft of the Belgium Air Force.
From 1965 till 1977 it was the mount of the Belgian demonstration team: the Red Devils.
After its operational life, this particular airframe went to Israël where it was stored for spare parts, but moved later on to the USA where it was kept in flying condition.
In 2014, it found its way back home and underwent a full restoration. Since 2017, it can be seen again during airshows and other events.
It is captured here, basking in a late spring sun at its former home base of Brustem.

Foma Retropan 320 Soft 9x12 cm, developed in Foma Retro Special.
Printed on Fomatone MG 131 (24x30 cm), developed in Adox Adotol and toned in Moersch MT5 Sepia (sulphide toner for direct toning of warmtone papers).
Strange distribution of toning here, can't explain it, but kind of like it anyhow.
