NL De eerste dag van 2025 is niet goed begonnen voor reizigers van European Sleeper (ES) 452 van Praha hl.n. naar Brussel-Zuid. Met maar liefst zes uur vertraging kwam de trein in de ochtend aan te Bad Bentheim. Dit naar verluidt wegens een defect aan de Lineas (LNS) 186 182 die door ES wordt gehuurd voor de nachttrein.

Zodoende moest Train Charter Services (TCS) 101001 in actie komen om de trein verder langs de Nederlandse stations richting Roosendaal te brengen. Zodoende zien we de combinatie van de TCS 101001 en LNS 186 182 in opzending met de rijtuigen ter hoogte van een stormachtig Willemsdorp richting Roosendaal. Op moment van fotograferen bedroeg de vertraging zo'n 6,5 uur.

Leafing through a second-hand book only to find this rather nice official shot of London Country Metro-Scania MS2, with a very young-looking Preselector at the wheel. Worrying that it was taken no less than 48 years ago, even more worrying that the book was titled 'Bus Blunders'..........!
