Park and Redwood City fire departments responded to a single-alarm fire

that took place at Bayfront Park in Menlo Park on Wednesday just after

2:30 p.m. No injuries were reported, fire officials said. The cause of

the small blaze is believed to be a private contractor who accidentally

started a fire while mowing the dry grass as part of fire prevention,
